At NECTAR&COMB, quality is not a promise — it is our standard. Because our products are food items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. This policy exists to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for every customer.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any order, including unopened products. This applies to all honey jars, Snap-Click Sachets, and gift sets.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or leaking product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@farmure.in with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you, subject to product availability.

Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please write to us at info@farmure.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no cost to you.

What We Cannot Cover

We are unable to offer replacements or exchanges for products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or circumstances beyond our control during transit where the packaging is intact. Crystallisation of honey is a natural occurrence and is not a defect.
