Bee pollen is what bees collect from flowers as they forage — packed into tiny granules and carried back to the hive. It's one of the most complex things bees produce, and most people have never tried it.

This one is from mustard blossoms in Punjab. Mild, slightly earthy, faintly sweet. A good place to start.

What's in a Granule?

How To Use It

Sprinkle over yoghurt or fruit. Stir into honey. Blend into a smoothie. Or start simple — one teaspoon straight, first thing in the morning.

New to bee pollen? Start with a few granules at a time and gradually increase up to a maximum of 1 teaspoon per day.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the container tightly closed and protected from moisture.
